Hey all - EdCampTO is coming up in a few short weeks! October 15 to be exact, and if the Vancouver version is any indication, this will be a great opportunity to share conversations with teachers, parents, admin, and communities. http://www.edcampto.org/

We've just added  more tech help training sessions to the schedule as so many "sold out"!

There is still some room in tomorrow night's "advanced" website session for those of you who have already taken the beginner Weebly website course with us.

I agree with Lorna. We are all busy all the time so why not keep the momentum going?! Thanks.

Gay - if you could run them asap - then people may have time during the holidays to work on their projects - just thinking

You are welcome Hazel! I am so excited too... it's wonderful to see you have joined our group. Welcome :) We're all learning about this stuff together. I'm planning some follow-up online training workshops where people can come back and ask more questions... do you think we should wait till January for that? Dec. may be busy for people? Just wondering...

I was so inspired by the workshop at the Making Connections conference! I (gladly) lost more than a few hours of sleep working on a new School Council website. I was too excited to sleep anyway. Then I put my hand at creating a brand new e-newsletter too. Thank you so much Gay! I am on the road to better communication with my school community. So far the reception has been great. (yeah!)

Thanks Gay I also have a step by step resource available online to help people set up and account and use Twitter. What is twitter and how do I use it?
